Arnold Delgadillo, BS, NASM-CPT, NASM-NUTRITION
My name is Arnold Delgadillo and I am a Texas Native residing in Kansas City, Kansas. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sports conditioning, minor in coaching, and minor in business. I am currently a first-year graduate student at ATSU focusing on a dual major degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise, and Orthopedic Rehab. I enjoy continuously learning to equip myself with the knowledge to help as many people as I can.
For me, lifting started out in middle school athletics to build a strength foundation for sports. Back then my goal was to get bigger and stronger to set myself up for success in sports. During my sophomore year of high school in 2013, I was approached by my football strength and conditioning coach to join the powerlifting team to earn team points for our school. I quickly fell in love with the sport of powerlifting and have since then been competing for the last 8 years. I competed at the regional level in high school, and within my time at Texas A&M I have competed at the collegiate, national, and international levels. Within powerlifting I have set multiple American records, All-American Collegiate Placings, won national championships and placed at the international level.
With my experience and knowledge, I have taken the role of a coach to help others become the best version of themselves. I enjoy helping and seeing others make progress within their lifting journey. Whether you want to become a competitive powerlifter or lift recreationally, building a healthy lifestyle I can help reach your goals using evidence-based approaches, experience, and guidance.
