BARBELL FORM ANALYSIS & TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK + CONSULTATION
Think you need an assessment and some guidance on your lifting technique?
With this purchase, you will be sent a shared Google Drive folder and be asked to upload videos of each of your power lifts (Squat, Bench Press, & Deadlift). You assigned coach will then prepare for you a detailed video recording and written version, reviewing & analyzing your lifting mechanics and provide recommendations (cues & exercise selections) to enhance your form & technique.
Following receiving your recorded and written assessment, we will schedule a 30-minute Zoom video chat session to discuss the assessment & answer any questions you may have regarding the information given. Don't have time for a video consult? That's ok, we can also do a Q&A e-mail exchange!
